After fatiguing the muscles I would move on to either the hack squat which is what I'm working with here or do split squats with a smith machine. I'll perform continuous movement (obviously as you go heavier that'll be harder to do) but just not locking out at the top. If it's a hypertrophy day I'll work with 3-4 sets of 20 reps. Power days I'll sick with 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps. ......
